IRCBot v2 to v3 Converter

This is for people who are still running IRCBot v2.

When you download IRCBot v3 it will come with a program called convconf, simply copy your IRCBot v2 ircbot.conf into your IRCBot v3 folder and run ./convconf and it will automatically convert it to IRCBot v3 format.
