==User Flags==
Beginning with RadioBot v5 the much requested user flags system will replace the older user level (1-5) system.<br />

==Flag Strings==
Various commands and configuration options take flag strings to set or modify a user's flags.<br />
This is similar to IRC, but there are a few things you should know:
* Flag strings need to start with an operator, currently +, -, or =
* + adds to existing flags
* - deletes from existing flags
* = removes existing flags and adds anything after it.
* You can mix and match operators inline

Examples:
+abcdefg (adds abcdefg to user's flags)
-abcdefg (removes abcdefg from user's flags)
=abcdefg (sets user's flags to abcdefg, removing all others)
+abc-def (adds abc to user's flags and removes def)
+abcdef= (flags would be completely empty since = was last)
