ircbot.conf Format

The RadioBot configuration file is laid out in sections like this:

SectionName {
 Directive value
};

It can also have subsections, like this:

SectionName {
 Directive value
 SubSectionName {
  SomeKey some value
 };
};

When referring to subsections, we use the following notation: SectionName/SubSectionName
