The package manager will let you install and update plugins as well as optional programs and components in RadioBot v5.
RadioBot now comes with so many plugins, programs, and files it is getting confusing for new users. By only including the core bot files in the installer and then letting you pick and choose with the package manager I think it will make for a better experience overall. This may also expose new and old users to different parts of the bot that they might not have even known existed or what they did.
