The RAAP Users plugin was created to pull user information from a RAAPs Server.

Note: This is a Drift Solutions' propietary plugin and is not public.

Configuration

This plugin uses the section name RAAP instead of Users_RAAP because RAAP support used to be inside the bot before I externalized it.
