These options control the TTS plugin.

TTS

VoiceEngine espeak
VoiceEngine festival
VoiceEngine gtrans
VoiceEngine win32
Optional
Sets the TTS engine the bot will use for the TTS jobs.
Linux supported: espeak, festival, gtrans (default: espeak)
Windows supported: win32, gtrans (default: win32)
The Google Translate TTS function can stop working at any time or be banned by Google, it is an unofficial and undocumented API.
Voice Name=Microsoft SAM (win32)
Voice en/en (espeak)
Optional
This sets the default voice plugins will use for TTS jobs. In Windows, use your control panel to get a list of voices on your system.
For espeak, type speak --voices to get a list of voices, what goes here is what is in the Filename column.
eSpeakCommand speak
Optional, Linux/BSD with espeak only
This sets the filename of espeak, by default this is speak but some distros call it espeak instead so this will let you use them more easily.
