These options control the Public Vote plugin.
PublicVote
NextVotes 3 Optional How many votes are needed to skip the current song.
NextVoteTrigger next-vote Optional The trigger for people to use to vote with. (Note: do not put a ! or anything in front of the trigger. e.g. use next-vote not !next-vote)
NextMinTimePerUser 0 Optional This will make it so a user can only vote once per X seconds, no matter what the setting the user can only vote once per song. (Default: 0/disabled).
NextMinTimePerUserKick 3 Optional Will kick/ban user from room if he tries to vote before he's supposed to X times. (default: 0/disabled)
NextMinTimePerUserBanTime 300 Optional Sets the number of seconds to ban someone if they break the NextMinTimePerUserKick limit. (default: 300 = 5 minutes)
