These options control the Welcome plugin.
Welcome
PingDefaultPublic 1 Optional Sets if the reply to in-channel !ping's are public or not by default.
WeatherKey XXXwhateverYYY Optional, only needed if you want the !weather/!weather_public commands. This setting is your OpenWeatherMap API key, you can get one free at https://home.openweathermap.org/api_keys
WeatherLimit 300 Optional Makes it so users can only get one !weather report per X seconds. (default: 300)
BingAccountKey XXXwhateverYYY Optional, only needed if you want the !bing command. This setting is your Bing account key, for instructions on getting a key click here.
